A note from DHS: "Since the Bureau is in the midst of completing work plan reviews and reviewing requests
related to the work plans, you will not be expected to submit the 1st quarter On Track report. You will need to
collect information about services delivered because first and second quarter data will need to be submitted by the
2nd quarter report deadline. All subsequent quarterly reports are due by the established deadlines.
